  4. Ongoing support for 8 weeks

Sustained

Ideal for ongoing support, chronic conditions, or times of transition.

  3. 4x Follow-Up Sessions (45 min each, spaced over 2–3 months)

  4. Updated practice

Groups

Shared practice, steady guidance for more than 1 person
